Erial is 100% Tempranillo (Tinta Fina) aged for 12 months in barrels (80% French oak and 20% American oak). It boasts a vibrant, deep color. The nose is expressive with ripe black fruit, black licorice, and mineral notes, along with creamy, smoky oak hints and a spicy finish. On the palate, it is structured with smooth, well-integrated tannins, fleshy, and with concentrated fruit. It is very flavorful, balanced, and refreshing thanks to its good acidity.

Erial Tradicion Familia Rivera-Aparicio (ERIAL TF) is aged for 18 months in French (85%) and American (15%) oak barrels and is crafted from a different grape selection than that of Erial. Made with 100% Tinta Fina grapes from vines over 80 years old. It boasts a deep, almost opaque, dark cherry color. The aromatic profile is highly concentrated, with ripe fruit, plums, figs, and an excellent balsamic perfume of eucalyptus and India ink. The oak is beautifully integrated, with spicy notes of pepper and clove complementing the bouquet. The palate is juicy, very fruity, and full-bodied, with licorice that perfumes the palate. It is balanced and has a long finish, perfectly defining the essence of the terroir.
