Bodegas Epifanio Rivera reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products and/or services are offered to customers. Therefore, Bodegas Epifanio Rivera may add new products and/or services to its current offerings at any time. Likewise, Bodegas Epifanio Rivera reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue offering any of the products at any time and without prior notice.

AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENTS

Bodegas Epifanio Rivera aims to guarantee the availability of all products advertised on www.epifaniorivera.com. However, if any ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, the customer will be informed by email with the new delivery date or the option of a similar product as soon as possible.

If the product is unavailable, and the customer has been informed, Bodegas Epifanio Rivera may supply a product with similar characteristics at no additional cost. In this case, the customer may accept or reject the substitute product, exercising their right to withdraw from and terminate the contract.

If all or part of the order is unavailable, and the customer rejects the substitute product, the previously paid amount will be refunded via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase, according to the chosen delivery method.

The delivery area includes the following zones:

• Peninsular national territory
• Baleares y Canarias
• Ceuta y Melilla

Orders are shipped within 48/72 hours via standard courier, from Tuesday to Friday, provided they are placed before 8:00 PM (if the purchase is made after 8:00 PM, it will be counted as having been made the following day).

 

PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES

The final prices (in euros) of all products, (and where applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, when required) along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the www.epifaniorivera.com catalog.
